Community nonprofit providing harm reduction services, reentry support in partnership with the Department of Corrections, free HIV and Hepatitis C testing, naloxone distribution, peer coaching, and case management. Also offers free showers, clothing closet, hygiene supplies, and snacks. Partners with CDOC to help people transition from prison back to the community.
