RTD's Low-Income Verification for Eligibility (LiVE) program provides discounted bus and rail passes for people ages 20-64 whose income is at or below 185% of federal poverty level. Apply through Colorado PEAK benefits website. Nonprofit program also available for 501(c)(3) organizations.
