Jail reentry program providing intensive, long-term support to people in the justice system who have severe and persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, or co-occurring disorders. Collaboration between Community Justice Services and Clinica. Includes opioid treatment, MAT, counseling, and Naloxone on release.
